Chicken 65

Chicken 65 has the roots of Chennai but now it is loved throughout India as a starter. Small bite-size pieces, marinated in selected spices and then deep-fried pieces of soft chicken make it a delicious appetizer. Due to the dish's popularity, there are numerous variations, and each South Indian state has its own version.
